A pre-order means the diecast model is still under production and not yet in stock. By placing a pre-order, you reserve the item in advance. Full payment is required at checkout, and the order will be shipped as soon as the model arrives at our warehouse.

The approximate arrival time (ETA) is mentioned in the product description. These dates are provided by the manufacturer and may change due to production or logistics delays. If no ETA is listed, you can contact us for an update.

Yes, pre-orders can be cancelled with a 20% cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be refunded. If a pre-ordered model is
cancelled by the manufacturer, a full refund will be issued immediately.

Orders are typically shipped within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your email. During high order volume, tracking updates may take until the next business day.
