To ensure a seamless return or exchange, please record an unboxing video when your package arrives. This video is required to
process any claims for damaged, broken, or faulty items. We appreciate your help in protecting your collection!

We are dedicated to providing a unique buying experience and total customer satisfaction. As fellow collectors, we take every precaution to ensure your items reach you in mint condition.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a refund following a standard inspection of the returned items.

Orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be processed. If eligible, refunds will be issued to the original payment method

We specialize in collector-grade items. Returns must be in "as-received" condition. Items that are unsealed, tampered with, or have opened blister packs are considered unsaleable and ineligible for a refund.

All approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
