We aim to deliver your favorite die-cast cars to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Our orders are shipped using Shiprocket, a trusted logistics partner that connects us with multiple courier services across India.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  
  

2. Shipping Timeline

We offer pan-India delivery through Shiprocket. Estimated delivery timelines are:

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499

• A nominal shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply to orders below the minimum value or for certain pin codes (visible at checkout).

  
  

4. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link. You can also track your order status from our website’s “Track Order” page or via the Shiprocket portal.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If you're unavailable, they may contact you for rescheduling. If the order is not delivered, it will be returned to us.

6. Undelivered or Returned Orders

• If a prepaid order is returned due to incorrect address, repeated failed attempts, or refusal, a reshipping charge may be applicable.

• In case of return-to-origin (RTO), please contact us for reshipment or refund options.

  
  

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
